Our expertise in developing systems engineering and reliability for major and complex projects have been utilised in a number of our clients projects. Our capabilities including user requirements specification through to validation and verification. We provide latest and innovative reliability enhancement services through FMECA, RTA, FTA.
- Engineering Systems Review. This covers throughput, reliability, availability, maintainability and failure modes assessment for critical plants, equipment and systems. This aims to generate plants’ preventive maintenance measures and service life extension conditions. We deliver suitable maintenance and operating instructions for systems under review.
- Configuration Management. This entails reviewing the design documentations (safety case, drawings, instructions etc) and physical walkdowns aimed at providing correct as-built condition documentations. This is useful in future maintenance and modification applications as well as regulatory compliance.
• Production of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) database. The OEE database is a useful and live database for capturing, monitoring and trending plant equipment performance used in preventive and predictive maintenance.
